How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase?
In-app purchases on iOS are refunded by Apple directly — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, use the Play Store's refund flow. For purchases made directly on our website, email billing@ketabian.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
Most products have an in-app "Delete account" option in settings. If you cannot find it, email privacy@ketabian.com from the address tied to your account and we will delete everything within 30 days.
I think I found a security issue. Where do I report it?
